Moving forward, will focus on rebuilding the temple reputation, bringing community together, set the right course and strive to achieve these goals. Key components are temple before individuals and team, integrity, respect, inclusiveness, empathy, service, compassion, teamwork, and mentoring.

As a corporate leader, I value people-centered growth, humility, and transparency — qualities I hope to bring into temple service. Having led through organizational change, I understand the importance of unity and purpose.
My goal is to help foster healing, inclusivity, and spiritual growth — ensuring our temple remains a place of trust, respect, and shared devotion.

Akkiah (Choudary) Maddukuri
Akkiah (Choudary) and his wife, Jayasree, have lived in Austin since 1998 and have been associated with the temple since its early days. This long-standing connection has fostered a deep appreciation for the values and traditions that unite our temple community.

He aims to foster integrity, unity, and openness—ensuring every devotee feels valued, respected, and heard as we continue building a stronger, more inclusive temple community.

Lakshmi Kondubhatla
Growing up in a household of Satya Sai Devotees, I believe in the Love All Serve All motto. With over 18 years of experience in running a small business, I understand the importance of efficiency, customer service, decisiveness, calm demeanor, and fiscal responsibility. These skills, combined with my passion for respecting diverse opinions, equality, and inclusiveness, are essential as the trustee community looks to enter the next chapter of the temple. I strongly believe that trusty community has a broad range of talents that there is an opportunity to tap into and help move the needle on many dimensions including reputation, priest welfare, process improvements, projects, and laying the foundation for decades to come.
My husband, Subba and I have been Austin residents since 2000 and raised our two children here.
